10. She Wrote Her First Song When She Was 12
The song called "Lucky You", she wrote the song after a computer repairman came to her house and taught her how to play a guitar. You can listen to lucky you online and its a very early Taylor swift track, obviously since it's the first one she's written, but it's really really cute, the lyrics is a classic Taylor vintage Swift. Just 5 years later, she wrote her smash hit "Love Story". So 12 years old Taylor was going places.
9. She Likes Working With Joseph Khan
Joseph Khan is a Korean American director who specializes in music videos. He's directed Taylor music videos for "Bad Blood", "Blank Space", "Wildest Dreams" and her newest single "Out of The Woods".
8. She Has Two Cats
Taylor has 2 cats named Dr. Meredith Grey and Detective Olivia Benson. Dr Meredith Grey is named after a character in Grey's Anatomy and Detective Olivia Benson is named after a character in Law & Order. These are two of Taylor's favorite TV shows. These 2 cute kitties are Scottish cats. You can check them out on Taylor's Instagram. Of the two cats, Olivia Benson is described to be the most comfortable around people, she's appeared in the Blank Space Music Video and also in advert for Diet Coke. She's a famous kitty.
7. Her Lucky Number Is 13
Unlucky for some, but not for Taylor Swift. 13 is not only the day of the month she was born, she identifies it as her lucky number. She turned 13 on Friday the 13, Her Twitter handle is @taylorswift13 and she use to draw the #13 on her hands before geeks. Her first album even went Gold after just 13 weeks.
6. She Brings Her Mom On Tour With Her
Taylor is a family girl and her mom comes on tour with her. Real Swifties probably know a lot about her family, We know about her brother Austin, Her dad Scott and Her Mom Andrea. Andrea Swift is Taylor's number 1 supporter and she comes on tour with her almost always. Andrea presented Taylor with the American Country Music Award and delivered a heart warming speech. Taylor revealed in May 2015, That her mom is battling with cancer, so i wish her all the best in her battle.
5. She Lives In Tribeca NYC
Taylor sings an oath to her new home in the opening track of 1989 Welcome to New York. If you read the foreword of this album, Taylor has some really sweet words to say about her move. Despite living in NYC, Taylor will often identify Nashville as being her home. With all money she possessed, you can afford 4 homes. Not only does she have a home in New York, she has a house in Nashville, she also has a house in Broit Island and one in Beverly Hills. I will love to have tea with her in anyone literally.
4. She Keeps A Spare Bedroom For Her Best Friend
Taylor keeps a spare bedroom for her best friend Karlie Kloss in her New York apartment. That is sister Friendship. Taylor has a whole load of best friends including Abigail from High school, Lena Durham, Selena Gomez and Karlie Kloss plus everyone in her Bad Blood Music Video. Taylor recently told the press that she keeps a room for Karlie Kloss, Karlie's favorite room and also if that wasn't enough next to the bed she keeps her favorite snacks.

As previously mentioned, she started writing music age 12. She wrote "love story" age 17, She wrote every song on "Speak Now" by herself and these days she will write songs and then received feed backing guidance from Max Martin and Shell back. She will write her own music, she will play the guitar and then she will work with collaborators to deliver the songs.

Taylor has appeared in the film "Valentine's Day", in the TV show "CSI", she's appeared in "New Girl" and she even voiced the character of Audrey in the "Lorax". Interestingly enough, in Valentine's day Taylor's Character also really likes the number 13 and has it written on her hands.

Taylor might be well smart and have massive inspiration, but she's also book smart too. Taylor Swift was a Grade A student. When she was 12, Taylor spent an entire summer pending a 355 page novel. Taylor knows American History like the "Absolute Back of Her Hand" and loves a good novel. She said her favorite books are the Great Gatsby, To kill a Mocking Bird and The Hunger Games.
